I would rate the usability of the Nintex Process Platform workflow a ten out of ten, It's easy to use and for simple flows, there is no need for training. The logic is simple to understand. There's a vibrant community that is ready to help out if end-users run into problems. There are even some project samples online with step-by-step tutorials.

Nintex workflow and forms are used very heavily by my department and across the organization as well. It gives us the opportunity to quickly provide custom solutions to our users. SharePoint has a great deal of functionality, and Nintex helps to bring that functionality to the surface. We can easily integrate data across different lists and libraries, which reduces duplication of data and increases data integrity. 

Nintex products were first selected for review by my company as a replacement to the out of the box SharePoint 2010 designer workflows and to also remove the burden of support for user-designed custom workflows. When evaluating products, my team was impressed with the ease of use, flexibility in workflow design and build turnaround time as well as the implementation of their products.
